Limits: $10M any one claim, and $30M in the aggregate

Public & Products Liability

Covers your liability exposures for property damage and bodily injury incurred on your premises.

$20,000,000 any one claim, with an option for $10M

Covers Principals, Directors and Employees

Present and former partners, principals, directors and employees are all indemnified under the professional indemnity section.

The following activities are covered: Mediation, adjudication, arbitration, business mentoring, coaching, community engagement, conflict management, counselling, dispute resolution, expert determination, facilitation, human resource consultancy, investigations, independent chairmanship, neutral evaluation and appraisal, restorative practices, training and workplace investigations.
